Tobin Levi Sharp is remembered for his talent on the baseball diamond and the joy he brought to everyone around him.

He possessed natural talent as a left-handed pitcher, which made him a standout player.

However, what truly set him apart was his personality. He was a bit of a class clown, always ready with a joke or a smile to lighten the mood.

His skillful and jolly personality made him a favorite with everyone. He was the kind of person who could quiet a crowd with a strikeout one moment and have his whole team laughing the next.

Unfortunately, his time was brief, but his memory lives on, reminding us to find the joy in the game.

Tobin Levi Sharp’s Family Mourns the Tragic Loss

Tobin Levi Sharp, the son of Janet Sharp and Mike Sharp, was born on September 20, 1984, in Amarillo, Texas. His parents raised him in Canyon, Texas.

Sadly, he performed his final Irish Exit by entering the Kingdom of Heaven on October 3, 2026.

Tobin was a fiercely loyal man.

His devotion was evident in the way he consistently showed up for his friends, loved his family unconditionally, and never gave up on the Dallas Cowboys.

He possessed a sophisticated palate, with a particular fondness for Reese’s, Root Beer, Dr. Pepper, and a very masculine pumpkin spice latte.

Moreover, he was an avid animal lover and loved his cat and his best friend, a Pomeranian named Teddy, who often traveled coast to coast in an 18-wheeler. He always carved out time each week to meticulously meal prep for his beloved pet.

Tobin is survived by his mother, Janet Sharp; his father, Mike Sharp; his oldest sister, Ashley Sharp; and his middle sister, Erin Peil, and her husband, John.

Likewise, his memory will also be cherished by his eight beautiful nieces and nephews, as well as his one great-niece. He also had a close bond with his aunts and uncles, including the original Tobin (Toby) and Cristina Cobb, as well as Mitch and Brenda Sharp.

On the other hand, he was preceded in death by his loving grandparents, Bob and Mary Cobb.

My heart is shattered. He wasn’t just my baby boy, he was my best friend, my roommate, my rock and my protector. I love you so much, buddy.

The Sharp family requests everyone to remember Tobin for his contagious laugh, dry sense of humor, and the way he always made others feel like he was genuinely happy to see them.

Above all, they wish him to be remembered for his steadfast faith in Jesus Christ.

A service to celebrate Tobin’s life will be held at Harvest Connexion. Dates and times will be announced soon.

In place of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to the Glioblastoma Research Organization at .

This is what the left-handed pitcher would have wanted: a final act of support for his sister Erin’s own fight against cancer.

Rest In Peace, Tobin Levi Sharp.
