Two young girls, a third grader and a kindergartener, endured repeated bullying over several months at Starmount Academy of Excellence.

A fifth-grade boy named Javion allegedly bullied them by pulling out a braid from one child’s hair, hitting them in the face with a football, stealing lunchboxes, and even spitting on them.

Despite the children reporting these incidents to the bus driver and the school, no meaningful action was taken.

The bus driver dismissed their complaints, saying she would “handle it in the morning,” while the school claimed the matter was “handled,” but never suspended or disciplined the boy.

As a result, the girls were left vulnerable, forced to endure harassment daily without protection or accountability.
