Francis Ellis has been a well-known personality at Barstool Sports, where he built a strong following with his sharp humor and honest storytelling.

He gained popularity for his blog posts, humorous videos, and appearances on various Barstool podcasts.

One of his standout projects at Barstool was Oops the Podcast, where he talked openly about life, relationships, and mistakes.

His unique voice and smart sense of humor helped him stand out in Barstool’s often rowdy lineup of content.

Although he briefly left Barstool in 2019 following controversy over a blog post, he returned to the company later on.

Despite some bad weather affecting their big day, they shared happy moments on social media.

However, by mid-2026, fans began to notice changes: Francis and Sierra had stopped posting about each other, and both were seen without their wedding rings.

Speculation about their relationship began to spread across social media, particularly on Reddit forums.

Then, on August 2, 2026, Francis confirmed on his podcast Frucked Up with Francis that they had divorced.

He described the split as mutual and respectful, saying there was “no scandal” and simply that things didn’t work out.

Court documents later revealed that Sierra had filed for divorce on July 17, 2026, in Kings County, New York.

Both parties had legal representation, and no further details about the case have been made public.

While neither Francis nor Sierra has shared the specific reasons behind the divorce, folks pointed to fertility struggles, referencing a podcast episode where Francis mentioned having a low sperm count.

I remember he talked about fertility testing a couple months ago so maybe the results on his end (pretty sure he alluded to his sperm count being low that’s why he stopped smoking weed) caused issues to start especially if his wife wants children of her own. Could have also led to resentment and fights I hear struggling to have kids can really hurt a marriage. Just speculation!! I feel bad for him!

Others suggested their busy work lives might have made it hard to maintain their relationship, as both have demanding careers that require a lot of time and travel.

Despite a few jokes Francis made about being back in the dating world, he has kept the situation fairly private and respectful.

As of June 2026, both appear to be moving on with their lives.

Francis continues to perform stand-up, create content for Barstool, and post regularly on social media.

Sierra has remained out of the public eye and is likely focused on her role at Salesforce.

Neither has shared updates about their personal lives since the divorce, and there’s no indication of bad blood.
