Cody Trinko, the owner of Bougey’s Bar and Grill, tragically passed away at 43, leaving behind her husband, Gareth Trinko, and their four children.

One of her sons, Jackey, who recently celebrated his 14th birthday, plays for the Brookfield JR Lancers.

Cody Trinko was renowned for her warm personality and infectious energy.

She was a beloved figure in her community, Brookfield, Wisconsin, where she attended Brookfield Central High School. Later, she pursued her education at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.

After college, she took on the role of running Bougey’s Bar and Grill, where her friendly demeanor and hardworking spirit made her a favorite among patrons.

But beyond her professional life, Cody’s greatest joy was her family. Her smile, laughter, and easygoing nature had a way of brightening even the toughest days.

Her kindness and vibrant spirit continue to be remembered by those who knew and loved her.

Undoubtedly, her tragic demise saddened the whole Brookfield community, and many remembered her in their heartfelt tribute.

Cody Trinko’s Family Mourns The Tragic Loss

Gary Schaefer’s daughter, Cody Trinko, was born in February 1982 in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

Her parents raised her alongside her six siblings, Tyler Schaefer, Sam Schaefer, Bridgette Drury, Benjamin J. Schaefer, Gary Schaefer Jr., and Danielle Schaefer.

Cody Trinko was a beloved owner of Bougey’s Bar and Grill, devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished friend.

Her genuine compassion, warm personality, and unwavering willingness to help others left a lasting mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She was a pillar of strength and love for her family. She shared a beautiful life with her husband, Gareth Trinko, a man she often described as excellent, empathetic, and thoughtful.

Together, they raised four children, who were the absolute center of their world. Cody was their biggest cheerleader, never hesitating to support them in all their endeavors.

Those who knew her could always hear her cheering as loud as she wanted at her son Jackey’s games, radiating pride and joy.

Beyond her dedication to family, Cody was an avid animal lover, opening her heart and home to her beloved pets, Boston and Georgia. Her kindness extended to all creatures, big and small.

Furthermore, she often shared glimpses of her personal and professional life on social media, allowing others to feel connected to her vibrant spirit.

Her legacy lives on through the countless lives she touched and the endless support for her family, as well as her generosity toward others.

Cody Trinko was proud of her family, and in turn, they were endlessly proud of her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered for her love, laughter, and the light she brought into every room.

A celebration of Cody’s life will be held at a later date.
