Kiara Ezabel, 26, a former Cheer Captain at Brooklyn Latin School, has posted a hilarious Social Media caption explaining why she was suspended from the Team. She is also an artist, having released her debut single, “Spotlight,” in 2026.
Kelly Marie posted a Facebook Status back in July, asking “What You Git Susoended For In School,” and unsurprisingly, it has a few hysterical comments, from students stealing the principal’s car to hitting teachers with a Chair.
Kiara also shared the post and said she got suspended not just once. The first time she got into trouble was for throwing an apple in the school cafeteria. While she has not mentioned the full details, she may have just thrown it at someone.
Suspension Because of a Group Text!
For another suspension, it was not due to her physical action, but rather a text that she sent on a social media platform, that too in her junior team.
Ezabel said, when she was in the Cheer team, she and some of her friends had a common group chat. She sent a text in the group chat saying one of the Cheer girls didn’t know how to dance, and she really meant it. Kiara was captain of the Cheer Team during her Junior Year in School.
According to Kiara, the girl on the Cheer team also took quite a while to learn cheers and often missed the practice sessions. She believed if someone is struggling to learn something, they shouldn’t skip the classes or be allowed to take a leave.

The girl reportedly mentioned the issue with their Cheer Coach. The coach decided to suspend her and said, its not something you should say, that to as a captain. However, in her defense, she thinks what she did was absolutely right.
“Like just because we don’t compete in cheer tournaments doesn’t mean we have to look fckn mess either,” added Kiara. Another friend also supported her funny suspension story, saying, ” You ain’t even say nun (nothing) wrong.”
