On Saturday, August 9, 2026, the field was set for one of California’s most anticipated youth football games of the year as the 10U OG Ducks faced off against the IB Braves in the marquee match-up of the West Coast’s biggest tournament.
From the opening kickoff, the Ducks came out sharp and confident, scoring on their first drive and setting the tone.
Their offensive line , while their disciplined and aggressive defense stopped several promising Braves possessions cold.
The Braves, led by their lightning fast playmaker Khaled, proved dangerous every time he touched tha ball, but missed red zone opportunities in the first half.
In the second half, the Braves’ standouts Cash and Axton found the end zone, with Axton’s second touchdown drawing cheers and sideline shouts of “Stop playing with him!”
However, the 10U OG Ducks grabbed the victory over the IB Braves.
The post-game scene shifted from celebration to chaos in a matter of moments. As per witnesses and video circulated on social media, a heated dispute between coaches escalated into a physical altercation on the field.
Parents rushed in, and some attempted to break it up while others joined the fight.
Amid the fight, a 13-year-old boy was stabbed. It remained unclear whether he was directly involved or caught in the battle.
Emergency responders arrived quickly and transported the teen to a local hospital. The teen’s identity and current condition have not yet been disclosed.
Moreover, police have not confirmed any arrests.
