Charief Marquise Spratle tragically passed away on July 16, 2026, just three days before his birthday, leaving his family and the entire community heartbroken.

Affectionately known as “My Handsome Face” by his family, he was a dedicated student-athlete.

While personal details about him are limited, what is known is that he played for the Ellenville Youth Football League.

At just 14 years old, Charief had already begun building a promising path both in academics and athletics.

Young Athlete, Charief Marquise Spratley, Tragically Drowns While Enjoying With Friends!

Born on July 19, 2010, Charief Marquise Spratley tragically lost his life just days before turning 15.

On the evening of July 16, 2026, Charief was swimming in a lake with friends around 7:00 PM when he unknowingly ventured into water that was too deep.

Unable to stay afloat, he slipped beneath the surface, and his body drifted away.

A rescue team searched for over an hour before finding him at approximately 9:21 PM.

Despite repeated efforts by emergency crews to revive him, Charief could not be saved.

His sudden passing has devastated his family and community. Supporters are urging everyone to come together and help his grieving family during this heartbreaking time, saying:
