Born on September 6, 1969, Michael graduated from Bowie High School in Bowie, Texas, in 1987.

Back in high school, he was a familiar face at Bowie High. He played football and baseball, giving it his all on the field.

Above all, Michael wasn’t only an athlete, but he also joined a homemaking club, took part in spelling contests, and sang in the school choir.

After graduation, Michael joined the Army and served two years as a combat medic. When he returned, Michael worked as a phlebotomist.

Two years ago, he moved to Wichita Falls to be closer to his brother, Tim.

His sister, Theresa, took to her Facebook to share some of their pictures and wrote:

My brother Michael Holley passed away unexpectedly today. RIP big brother. 🥺Make sure to give Judy Gay the biggest hug and kiss from me. I love you

So far, Michael’s family hasn’t shared details about his memorial service. During this ordeal, we pray for the strength of Michael’s family and friends.
