Former Honaker Coach Todd Tiller Arrested For Child Solicitation After Prior DWI Case

Todd Tiller was arrested on Friday, 19 September, and charged with Obscenity- Child Solicitation.

Former Honaker football coach, Todd Tiller, was arrested on Friday and charged with child solicitation, according to the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.

Todd has been held in the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail without being able to post bond. His court date is pending.

The former coach is Obscenity-Child Solicitation, referring to using obscene communication to solicit a child for sexual purposes. Moreover, the alleged victim is 15 years old.

Furthermore, if convicted, Todd Tiller could face up to 7 years of imprisonment under Virginia law for this specific charge.

Todd Tiller Was Arrested For Alleged DWI In June 2026

When Tiller was working as a football coach at Honaker in 2026, he was on June 16, 2026, after allegedly driving while intoxicated.

According to the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail Authority, Todd Tiller was booked into the Jail on simple assault, and vandalism.

Moreover, in March 2026, Tiller earned Courier Coach of the Year Honors for his masterstroke.

However, in June, the coach was charged with DUI, and Honaker High School immediately dismissed him after the first criminal charges.

Todd Tiller’s current workplace is not publicly known, as he is best recognized for his tenure as the former head coach of Honaker.
