An Indiana family is speaking out after all three of their children, including football standout Jordan Tyler Fish, were denied registration at Linton Stockton School for the upcoming academic year.

The decision, reportedly made by the principal, Mr. Riggleman, comes amid ongoing allegations of teacher-led bullying and administrative retaliation.

According to a of Amy Force, a resident of Linton, Indiana, and a family friend of the victims, the middle child, Jordan Tyler Fish, just 12 years old, was suspended after he wore a smartwatch to record a teacher named Cory Beeson, who continuously bullied him.

Cory Beeson allegedly mocked Jordan’s weight and made him feel unsafe.

Jordan was afraid to be in the classroom with the teacher, so his parent made him wear a smartwatch to record the teacher bullying him to have documented testimony of what happened if it were to happen again.

Furthermore, Jordan wore the smartwatch and recorded the principal demanding he re-enter the classroom and belittling him. When Jordan didn’t give up the smartwatch to the principal, he was written up and suspended for three days.

Upon returning, Jordan and his two brothers, Elijah and Alaric, were barred from enrolling at Linton Stockton School.

Jordan, who was on the football team and had won several championships, was taken aside at practice and told that he could no longer be a part of the team because his registration at Linton had been denied.

His elder brother, who would be a Sophomore this year, was barred from getting into trouble one time last year, being part of a fight, and standing up for his younger brother.

Similarly, the youngest among the three brothers has a spotless disciplinary record; however, he also got denied because of the family he comes from.

The Mother of The Three Boys, Amanda ‘Mandy’ Denise Fish, Continues To Fight For Justice

The family alleges that their children were effectively blacklisted, not because of behaviour, but because of who they are and their refusal to tolerate mistreatment.

With emails to the superintendent and school board left unanswered and ignored, the family is now pursuing legal action with support from pro bono attorneys.

Furthermore, Jordan and his brothers will be enrolled in a different district this fall, but their mother, Mandy Denise, continues to fight for justice and accountability, determined to ensure no other student endures what her sons have.

Mandy Denise shared a post on her Facebook, writing that Jordan was in his last year as a Miner and won every game. She also shared several recorded videos clearly showing how Jordan was targeted for standing out against bullying at Linton Stockton School.

She further stated that Mr. Beason has had multiple complaints for speaking negatively to students and bullying them.

“Mr Beason however has had multiple complaints for talking to students like this!!! He has popped off to Jordan before and I let it go because anyone who knows us knows Jordan can be a mouthy ass… period.. this time Jordan was just being a kid and trying to be funny!!!! This man made fun of his weight in front of the entire class and then THREATENED MY SON the next day by saying he didn’t know how to fight and to sit down and shut up before he (mr beason) makes him(jordan) sit down and shut up….. all because him and his friend were joking about who would win in a fight.
Not only does this county let criminal juvenile delinquents threaten law abiding people with guns and try to put good parents in jail for reprimanding their kids but they also allow teachers to BULLY kids!!!”

In response to her post, many are now coming forward and talking about LSSC and sharing their experience of being bullied. People are also supporting Jordan and his family and requesting that LSSC fire the teacher.

One wrote:

“Linton has always had an issue with the staff bullying the students. They tried, and DID bully me.I went to Dugger Union I had no problems.I excelled better than I did at Linton and graduated a year early.”

Another added:

“Corey Beeson made my son’s 6th-grade year MISERABLE, to the point it affected his other classes. Up until that point he had always been an A/B student.”
