Manchester Sabres Team Coach’s Party, Meant To Unite Players In Celebration, Instead Reflected Bullying And Disrespect!

Crystal Wade, a New Hampshire parent, the Manchester Sabres recreational team and its coaching staff.

Her post included a photo from a team party hosted at a coach’s house, where a skeleton was used to depict an opposing team.

She described this gesture as disgusting and emblematic of bullying and disrespect.

Wade made it clear she wasn’t holding back, urging others to share her post widely and stating:

I don’t really give 2 shits about how someone feels about it. Please know this is a Public post and feel free to show it. Some things can be left unsaid however when things keep getting pushed aside things need to be said clearly and loud enough for the clowns at the circus to hear. They should be ashamed as adults so let them know you saw this very public service announcement.

She emphasized that recreational sports should foster unity, fun, and friendship values, which she felt were being trampled by the adults involved

In her post, Wade reflected on her own upbringing in sports, crediting her father, a coach known for toughness and integrity.

She expressed deep disappointment that the Manchester Sabres allowed such behavior to flourish, especially among coaches and parents.

Wade accused the organization of condoning bullying and tearing apart friendships between children.

Additionally, she called out adults who witnessed the skeleton display and said nothing.

She concluded her post with a harsh rebuke:

To see this as a parent and be there and be part of it and not have the spine and backbone to say anything makes you as bad as the people who participated in it. Shame the FU$# on you.

Many fellow community members highlighted their concern and support in her post.

One commenter said,

I’ve literally never seen you so fired up about anything unless it’s about your family… But all jokes aside, you are correct. It should be about the kids having fun.

Another shared a painful memory:

Crystal thank you for posting this… the last year my nephew played he was taken off the field in an ambulance 3 times and developed a psychological tic… all because the other teams told their players to target him every game… these adults need to be called out!!!

These responses reflected Wade’s message, underscoring the need for accountability and a return to respectful sportsmanship.
