Jordan Shipley, an American former professional wide receiver in the NFL and for the Texas Longhorns, recently faced a tragic fire accident.

Earlier this week, Shipley was severely burned in an accident on his ranch near Burnet. He sustained third-degree burns on more than 20 percent of his body and is currently in critical but stable condition, according to a statement from his family.

Many of his loved ones are praying for Jordan’s speedy recovery, and during this difficult time, his family — especially his three siblings — has remained by his side in constant support.

Jordan is a proud brother of two sisters, Shelby Shipley Nunez and Addie Jane Thomas, and a brother, Jaxon Shipley.

His sister Addie shared an Instagram story thanking everyone for their prayers and expressing her love for Jordan.

The post reads:

“It has been a traumatic and miraculous day. Life was put into perspective for us yet again, we trust the Healer. Please continue praying!”

Like Jordan Shipley, his siblings also followed in their father, Bob Shipley, a former Rotan and Burnet High School head coach.

His younger brother, Jaxon Shipley, is also an American former professional football wide receiver who played college football at the University of Texas.

Talking about his sisters, his elder sister, Shelby Shipley Nunez, played collegiate basketball at Abilene Christian University.

Shelby also played basketball at Coppell High School. While it is unclear whether Jordan’s other sister, Addie Jane Thomas, played sports in high school or college, she was raised in an athletic family and has a deep love for sports.

Jordan Shipley’s Sisters, Shelby and Addie, Are Both Entrepreneurs

In addition to being an amazing sister to Jordan Shipley, Shelby and Addie are also thriving in their career as proud entrepreneurs.

Shelby Shipley Nunez and Addie Jane Thomas own a coffee shop in Abilene, Texas, named Summer Moon Coffee, which is famous for its oak-roasted coffee and sweet cream, Moon Milk.

Furthermore, Addie Jane Thomas also owns a baby clothing store named Shopwovenandwonder.

Both of Jordan Shipley’s sisters, Shelby and Addie, are happily married and proud mothers.

Shelby is married to Juanjo Nunez, director of men’s and women’s tennis at Abilene Christian University. The couple lives in Abilene, Texas, with their four adorable children.

Likewise, Addie Jane Thomas is married to Aaron Thomas, a former high school football standout and branch manager and mortgage advisor at Neohomeloans. The couple has three kids.

Jordan Shipley often shares pictures of his siblings on social media, expressing his love and pride for them. Shelby, Addie, and Jaxon also never miss a chance to express their love for their brother.
