Chris Olave, the New Orleans Saints man, was born to Raul and Causette Olave. He has two siblings, both older brothers, who have helped him climb through College Football to the NFL.

All three brothers, Chris, Josh, and Isiah, have played football from a young age and have always dreamed of making it to the NFL.

Although only Chris made it as a professional, the other two brothers were also great college athletes.

Surprisingly, all three brothers joined college on a Scholarship. Isiah has played for Kansas City University and the UC Davis Football Team.

Pure Footballing Brothers

During his time at Aggies, the Defensive back was awarded the Captain’s Award and made it to the All-Big Sky Third Team selection, as well as the Phil Steele Third Team All-Big Sky Selection.

Isiah Olave also earned All-Mesa League First Team honors, was named Offensive Player of the Year, selected to the All-CIF San Diego Section First Team Defense, and recognized as a Prep Pigskin Report Silver Player of the Year finalist for his standout performance at Eastlake High School.

The oldest brother, Isiah Current, coaches the upcoming generation of footballers at Mount Miguel Football and other youth football programs.

On the other hand, Josh is a Weber State Graduate. He played three seasons at Azusa Pacific before transferring to Weber State in December 2026.

Josh at APU also earned 2× All-GNAC Selection, 2019 All-GNAC Second Team Defense, 2018 All-GNAC First Team Defensive Back, and was a 2019 GNAC All-Academic Honoree.

During his high school years, he was a Two-year varsity standout at Eastlake High and had All-Star Appearances.

Josh also excelled in Basketball and Track & Field, having earned All-Metro Mesa Conference Second-Team selection and posted personal bests of 11.84 seconds (100m) and 41’5” (triple jump).

He later transferred to Mission Hills High School in San Marcos, California, where he played football and basketball alongside his younger brother, Chris, before Chris went on to attend Ohio State University.
