Kevin McGuff, the head women’s basketball coach at Ohio State University, is not only recognized for his professional achievements but also for being a devoted husband to his longtime wife, Letitia, and a proud father to their children.
Kevin McGuff and his longtime wife, Letitia Bowen McGuff, a former Notre Dame basketball player and women’s basketball assistant coach, are blessed with six kids.
The couple has four daughters, Kilyn, Keiryn, Lake, and Lily, and two sons named Lukas and Leks.
Kevin McGuff and Letitia welcomed their first child, a daughter named Kilyn McGuff, in May 2003, and their second daughter, Keiryn, in January 2005.
Similarly, they welcomed their third child and first son, Lukas, in February 2008, followed by their fourth child and third daughter, Lake, who was born in 2010.
They were blessed with their fifth child and fourth daughter, Lily, in July 2011, and their youngest child, son Leks, in April 2013.
Furthermore, Kevin McGuff and Letitia often share pictures of their six kids on social media, expressing their love and pride for them.
They also instilled their athletic genes in all six of their kids, who are all amazing basketball players.

Kevin McGuff’s daughters, Keiryn and Kilyn, are continuing their parents’ legacy in sports and are pursuing their careers in basketball.
His eldest daughter, , who recently graduated, played basketball as a point guard at Butler University, winning several honorable titles.
During her senior year, Kilyn was named second team All-BIG East, tabbed CSC Academic All-District, scored 1000 career points, and ranked 17th in the Big East and became the only Bulldog to start in all 34 games.
Prior to Butler University, Kilyn played at Belmont and Bishop Watterson High School in Columbus, Ohio.
While in high school, Kilyn earned third-team all-state and first-team all-district honors. She was also named All-Central Catholic League First Team and lettered in track and field. Kilyn is aiming to continue her basketball career as a professional.
Likewise, Kevin’s second child, Keiryn, is also excelling in her collegiate basketball journey, following in the footsteps of her parents and elder sister.
, a native of Dublin, Ohio, plays basketball as a guard and forward at the University of Akron.
Prior to Akron, Keiryn showcased her amazing basketball skills playing her first two years at Bowling Green State University, where she played in 38 games, including 11 starts.
She was also named to the Academic All-Mac Team during her sophomore year at Bowling Green.
Keiryn graduated from Dublin Coffman High School in 2026, where she led her team in several victories and won several honorable titles, including a district championship. She was also the team captain at Coffman as a senior.
Similarly, prior to Dublin Coffman, Keiryn attended the Webb School in Bell Buckle during her junior year, where she helped that team to a Division II Class AA state championship.
Before that, she spent two years at Bishop Watterson H.S. and led the Eagles to a district runner-up finish as a sophomore.
She also played AAU ball for Ohio Future.
Although very little information is available about Kevin’s other four children, they also excel in basketball.
His son,, plays on the boys’ junior varsity basketball team at Dublin Coffman High School and will graduate in 2027.

- Kevin McGuff’s wife, Letitia Bowen, was a four-year starter with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish from 1991 to 1995, where she helped her basketball team claim back-to-back Midwestern Collegiate Conference regular-season titles in 1993-94 and 1994-95, as well as MCC Tournament championships.
