A mother posted on Facebook claiming she has been unfairly targeted over her tattoo apprenticeship and a verbal argument with her 12-year-old daughter after a basketball game.

Currently, she is fighting back and gathering evidence to counter claims of abandonment or unfitness.

Oklahoma Mom Says Her Tattoo Apprenticeship Has Nothing To Do With Her Ability to Care for Her Child!

is an Oklahoma mother fighting to maintain custody of her children.

In a public Facebook post, she describes being in the middle of a contentious custody dispute.

She is currently apprenticing to become a licensed tattoo artist.

However, some people are using her lawful career choice against her. They are even mocking her for tattooing herself.

According to her Facebook post, the trouble began after she and her 12-year-old had a verbal argument outside a school gym following a basketball game.

Those involved have since made three reports to child services accusing her of abuse, drug use, and other problems.

However, she says none of these claims has been proven.

She believes this single incident has been exaggerated into grounds for trying to take her children.

Furthermore, she claims that under Oklahoma law, modifying a custody order within a year requires clear proof of abuse, instability, or unfitness.

She also accuses them of blocking her contact with one of her children to make it look like she abandoned them.

In her post, she urges people to check the Oklahoma State Courts Network (OSCN) for her case filings to see the extent of the legal actions taken against her.

Additionally, she is asking:

Who can I contact at DHS to report false allegations of a DHS worker?

In the comment section, some people are openly siding with her and expressing frustration about how she is being treated.

One supporter suggested to her that she has every right to do what she wants, saying:

You can do WHATEVER to yourself! I’d tell that take that paper and shove it bc you have NOT tattooed on ANYONE. Girl I definitely give you props bc you keeping it civil but he needs to be told to tell his wife stay out of it AND I DO GET IT she’s his wife but the way she is coming for you bc she is his wife is not okay! Jimmy knows if anything ever happens no other FEMALE would make single decision when it come to custody or agreements when it COME TO THOSE BABIES I BIRTHED! This is wild and I’m so sorry

I know those babies miss you.

Likewise, another commenters suggest that what’s happening has crossed into harassment, saying:

At this point, they’re harassing you. Why do they know so much about your daily life? You have an op reporting your every move back to them and considering they don’t like you, this is really giving obsessed.

A mother can do anything for her child. Just like that, she is also trying to fight every false claim, protect her name, and secure a stable future for her children.
