TikTok is buzzing with outrage after multiple users were scammed by Kayla Rojas through her WAGS Unlimited business account, targeting football players’ girlfriends.
WAGS Unlimited is a small fashion brand that gained attention on TikTok for offering custom game day outfits.
According to its TikTok profile (@wagsunlimitedd), the brand focused on reworked clothing and custom designs, often featuring team colors, names, and sporty aesthetics.
It was linked to a creator named KaylaVictoriaa, who showcased designs and behind-the-scenes content.
WAGS Unlimited Customers Are Getting Scammed by User Kayla Rojas for Not Receiving Orders After Payment!
WAGS Unlimited recently became the center of controversy after multiple TikTok users accused the brand of scamming customers.
The WAGS scam gained media attention after several TikTok users posted videos claiming they had paid for outfits that never arrived.

According to TikTok videos, a business account from WAGS, which appeared to be linked to Kayla Victoria but was listed under Kayla Rojas, offered discounts and promotions while allegedly taking money from customers in Miami.
Although the scam had been ongoing for a few months, users initially thought delays were normal. However, when they requested refunds, they were blocked.
The backlash grew as more women came forward with similar stories. TikTok is now flooded with posts using #WAGSUnlimited, #WAG, and #scam.
Some users claimed they were promised exclusive designs and fast delivery, but received generic items or nothing at all.
A few even said they were pressured to pay extra for “rush orders” that never arrived.
With this scam affecting multiple small business owners who rely on their talents for income, many are now worried about the impact on their sales.
One user in the TikTok comments shared their concern about being in a similar situation, saying;
Are you kidding me? I’m so sorry this happened to so many people. It’s incredibly sad to see! I’m a rhinestone artist and a stay-at-home mom who works tirelessly to create custom pieces and give every customer the best possible experience. It’s disheartening to watch others who’ve been blessed with huge opportunities take advantage of that and treat their supporters, the very people who helped them get there, so poorly. As a small business owner, I know how hectic things can get, but that’s never an excuse to treat people unfairly. Our customers deserve respect, honesty, and appreciation.
The official account of WAGS Unlimited has not confirmed any details about the ongoing allegations of a scam.
While many who ordered outfits during the ongoing NFL season were scammed, WAGS officials may soon address the issue and possibly refund.
