Brian Campbell, the 32-year-old golfer, and his girlfriend, Kelsi McKee, have been dating for over five years and share a mutual love for the game of golf.

The PGA Tour player and his better half met for the first time in 2019 through social media.

While Kelsi is also a big fan of Golf, he indeed was a golfer during her days at the University of Texas A&M, but switched her profession to something more creative.

She has published multiple fiction works, including The Girl With the Gift and A Song of Light and Shadow.

Kelsi’s creativity isn’t just bound to writing; she also works as a Content Specialist at Vanbery Media LLC, which can be seen as an ideal path for a Communication degree holder with minors in BA and English.

From Being In a Distant Relationship To Relocating To Be Closer

Back when the couple started dating, they were in a long-distance relationship. Brian, as expected, was a professional who needed to travel frequently around the world for various tournaments.

On the other hand, Kelce was based in Boston. Eventually, the couple first met in Boston itself.

To keep a firm hold of their relationship, the Golfer did switch to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, just to be close to his girlfriend.

Though it can be coincidental and support from his partner at the same time, the Pro Golfer didn’t win any PGA Tour events before 2019, and now already has two.

Both the wins came this year. The first one was Mexico Open, where he defeated Aldrich Potgieter. While the second one was the John Deere Classic against Emiliano Grillo.

Just after winning the John Deere Classic, Campbell also said:

“I can’t say enough about her—she’s just my rock out here.”

The record does suggest it has been a huge turning point in Brian Campbell’s carrer; as he not only won the competitions but also had a great performance last year in Astara Golf Championship, The Ascendant presented by Blue, Visa Argentina Open, and Korn Ferry Tour Championship.

In Case You Didn’t Know

  • Kelsi McKee has already published a Novel, Moonlight My Dark Night: One War. Two Hearts back in December 2026.
  • Campbell’s current girlfriend only made her first public appearance on the PGA Tour Journey during the Golfer’s first win at the 2026 Mexico Open.
