Nevin Vince, a soccer player, tragically passed away in a recent devastating accident on October 4, 2026.
In the same accident, another individual from Greenon High School, , also lost her life.
While the cause of the accident and other details are under wraps, people from the Fairborn and Greenon areas come together to honor two lives that touched many hearts.
The Family And The Entire Community Are Mourning The Loss of Nevin Vince And Natalie Daly!
was a talented and passionate soccer player at Greenon High School in Springfield, Ohio.
Class of 2026, he (#98) for the varsity soccer team.
Known for his dedication and skill on the field, Nevin recorded impressive stats during his season, allowing 35 goals, making 39 saves, averaging 3.3 saves per game, and earning 2 shutouts.
His performance placed him among the top 79 players in Division II for saves and #2 in the Ohio Heritage South Conference.
Known for his sportsmanship on and off the field, Nevin’s energy and commitment made him a role model and a source of pride for the school.
Natalie Daly, who also lost her life in the accident, was a skilled machinist at Paragon Medical, MW Industries in Fairborn, Ohio.
She was a girlfriend of Nevin Vince, and they both attended the same high school.
Their passing has left a void in the hearts of their family, friends, and community members.
One of their friends requested that the other join a candlelight vigil in memory of Nevin and Natalie, saying:
Please join us for a candlelight vigil in loving memory of Nevin Vince and Natalie Daly. Let’s come together to remember and honor their lives. Your presence would mean a lot.
also expressed her sadness over the passing of her baby brother, saying:
My family is absolutely devastated. We lost our baby brother on Saturday night and his beautiful girlfriend Natalie. Literally they are so precious and I’m beyond sick to my stomach that we don’t have them here with us anymore.. they are literal soulmates and I miss them so so so so much. I’m completely broken.
The Fairborn and Greenon communities have come together to celebrate and remember the lives of Nevin and Natalie through heartfelt tributes and gatherings.
A candlelight vigil is scheduled for Wednesday, October 8, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Greenon Stadium.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to Nevin Vince and his girlfriend, Natalie Daly, their family, friends, and well-wishers.
